Refund policy
1. We have next day dispatch policy and tracking starts from day after dispatch. We will dispatch the order and share tracking ID.
2. We suggest you to make an unboxing video while opening the parcel as an evidence to broken goods. If the video isn't recorded at the time of Unboxing the parcel, no missing item/damaged product shall be delivered/ replaced by us.
3. In Eyeshadow Palettes - Minor damages are compensated (1-2 pots) and major damages are replaced. Orders are packed with Utmost care but due to package mishandling in transit, product can be damaged sometimes.
4. IF YOU RECEIVE A WRONG PRODUCT FROM US, PLEASE DO NOT OPEN THE SEAL OF THE PRODUCT. ONCE OPENED, THE WRONG PRODUCT SHALL NOT BE REPLACED BY US
